Moderation

We keep a check on our messageboards and commenting services to ensure all users have an enjoyable experience. We want everyone to enjoy these facilities so this means that we may moderate the comments posted before publish.

Any messages that breach our terms and conditions will be removed.  

We will not tolerate any abusive, obscene, defamatory, racist, homophobic or threatening comments and anything that violates any applicable laws. Anyone posting such material will be banned.

What Is And Isn't Acceptable

Swearing - Swear words, obscenities and the use of indecent language is not permitted. Repeat offenders will be barred from using these services.

Harassment – You should respect other users and not attack people who may disagree with your opinion. It is inappropriate to post comments that threaten or are in anyway derogatory towards another user. We will also not tolerate posts that are threatening or discriminatory.

Flaming & disruption - Everyone is entitled to their opinion and whilst you may not agree with comments made, please do not post messages that are deliberately intended to disrupt the discussion in progress. Comments or posts that are disruptive, deliberately intended to flame, or unconstructive will be removed.

Spam & Solicitation – Spamming of our message boards or commenting services is strictly forbidden. We will also not tolerate posts written for commercial gain, or for solicitation (whether commercial or non-commercial).

Copyright - By posting to our boards or leaving a comment, you confirm that all content posted is owned by yourself. You should not post content for which you do not own the copyright.

Confidential information - do not post illegal, confidential or unlawful information. This also relates to any content relating to pending or ongoing trials.

Links – We don't mind you linking from your post or comments to another site that is related to the topic being discussed. However, you should not post links to sites that are in direct conflict with this radio station or sites from which you gain financially.

Personal Information – Never post your personal information on our boards. This includes your email or home address, telephone or mobile number. This is for your own safety.

Viruses - We will not tolerate any attempt to post or link to viruses, bots, Trojan horses or similar contaminants.

Impersonation - You should post as yourself and not someone else. Do not impersonate other users.

We reserve the right to remove any content that we consider inappropriate and please remember that by posting comments you could be held liable for any statements you make.

Should users contravene these guidelines, we reserve the right to cancel their membership to The Gold VIP Club. Any users who are judged to be doing so, will be issued with a warning prior to cancellation.
